Stock

Every move between branches, on a numbered note

Laptops and accessory quantities move together on one note that prints without prices. Each unit's page shows where it has been.

In short

In LaptopERP, stock moves between branches on numbered transfer notes (TRF-YYYYMMDD-NNNN): one source, one destination, any number of serial units and accessory quantities, all moved or none. The note prints as a PDF without prices, and only staff with the transfer permission can create one.

How it works

  1. Pick source and destination

  2. Add the stock

Scan serials or use “Transfer selected” from the stock list, then add accessory quantities.

  3. Save

The whole note moves at once.

  4. Print the note for the driver

  5. Audit it later

Every note is in the Transfer Report.
