Privacy policy

LaptopERP is laptop shop software made in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy covers this website: what it collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you book a demo, ask for a quote or write to us, the form sends:

• Your name and your shop's name
• Your mobile number
• How many branches you run, and the language you'd like us to call in
• What you're most interested in, and any message you write
• Your email, only on the quote form and only if you give it
• The page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid)

We use it to call you back about the demo, quote or question you asked about, and to see which pages and campaigns bring shops to us.

It is stored in our lead inbox, where our sales team works through it. A short notice with your name, shop, phone and request also goes to our sales team's Telegram group, so someone can call you quickly.

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may check your IP address and browser to tell people from bots. To limit repeated sending, our server also counts requests per connection for an hour, in memory. Your IP address is not stored with your request.

Only if you allow it, the site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. They tell us which pages are read and which ads lead to a demo request. Clarity shows how pages are used, with what you type in forms masked. None of them receive your name, phone, email, shop name or message.

Until you choose, analytics and advertising stay off. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

If a request later turns into a sale, we may tell Google and Meta so we know which ads work, using the campaign tag from your visit. Meta receives your phone number only in hashed form, and only if you allowed advertising.

The site stores:

• Your light or dark theme choice, in your browser
• Your cookie choice, in your browser
• The campaign tags from the first page you visit, for that browser session
• A signed cookie for 10 minutes after you send a form, so the thanks page can greet you by first name
• Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you allow them
