Every unit accounted for
You always know where a machine is, what it cost and what happened to it.
- A serial can't be held twice
- Numbered transfer notes
- Repairs in cost
Laptop shop software for Bangladesh
Purchases, branch stock, the till, repairs, returns and real profit in one Bangla-first system, with an online shop that sells only what's on your shelf.
What it replaces
Spreadsheet
“Two people edit, formulas drift, serials typed twice.”
Khata notebook
“No search, no totals, dues forgotten.”
Generic POS
“Treats a laptop like soap: a quantity, not a serial.”
Separate website
“Prices and stock out of sync with the shop.”
In short
LaptopERP is a system for laptop and electronics shops in Bangladesh. It tracks every machine by serial number from purchase to sale, runs a fast till, handles returns, repairs and branch transfers, shows one profit figure everywhere, and powers an online shop from the same stock and prices. The admin panel works in Bangla by default.
Why it works
You always know where a machine is, what it cost and what happened to it.
Profit, stock value and dues agree on every screen and export.
The website sells only what you have, in pages search engines can read.
A laptop's life
Purchase line with serial and cost.
Lands at the warehouse.
Transfer note to a branch.
Cost added to the unit.
Till or website, warranty on the line.
Refund or replace; faulty units held for the supplier.
Each step is recorded against the unit, so its page shows the whole story.
Modules
At the till
Scan a serial or an accessory's barcode; only sellable stock at this branch appears.
Cash, bKash, Nagad, card or cheque in one sale; the till shows what's still due and the change.
The invoice shows warranty per line, payments and anything due.
Invoiced and collected by method, for your branch.

“What can't it do yet?”
We list it openly.
Today vs next1 of 4: Is it real?
Yes. The admin panel runs in Bangla by default and each staff member can switch to English. The till, printed invoice and stock PDF are in English today.
Tell us how you run stock, sales and branches. We'll show the workflows that match, and be straight about what isn't built yet.
